You can book a taxi service directly via the website, call us on +41 76 581 28 89 or email us at chapkanovtrans@gmail.com. Simply provide your details, including pick-up location, destination, and preferred time, and we’ll take care of the rest! 

We accept payment by cash, card in the car with the driver.

We recommend booking in advance, especially for Zurich airport transfers, to ensure availability and to avoid any delays. However, we do accept last-minute bookings based on availability. 

You can change details on your taxi service booking or cancel a booking in your profile. You can find a manage appointment option in the booking confirmation e-mail that was sent to you.

We offer two main services:

• Zurich Airport Transfers: Comfortable transfers to and from Zurich Airport for 50 CHF or 53 EUR.
• City Taxi Services: Affordable city taxi rides within Zurich at 2.20 CHF per km (or 2.33 EUR per km).

Yes, our drivers are happy to assist you with your luggage, especially for airport transfers. We can accommodate up to three medium-sized suitcases and two small ones, or two large and two small ones, for up to 3 passengers. Let us know if you have specific luggage needs when booking!
